As a buyer, I was not really ‘the client’ but David and Amanda were so helpful regardless, chasing my solicitor, my buyer, everyone who needed poking! updating us more than my own agent. They are reliable, honest and an absolute delight to work with! No games, no bull, just delightful friendly team that went above and beyond every time even helping me find a plumber last minute for a job I wanted to do. We have just moved with Thorps and they were excellent!!! The staff were always happy and helpful, if anything needed doing or chasing up (9/10 they were already on it, but if not..) it was done. They would never leave you hanging and always contacted you back when they said they would. Amazing service with amazing staff, so so please we went with them in the end. Even the people who came to view the house commented on how nice and helpful the staff were. Don’t think I would sell my house with anyone else. Definitely 5* service!!!!!
David is superb, you can really put your trust in him and Thorps. He is very honest and goes above and beyond the call of duty to get the job done. I would have no problem in recommending them. Louise has also done a brilliant job on the rentals for us too. A real pleasure to deal with in an otherwise stressful business!!!
